CHRIS PALMER FRICS

Chris is widely acknowledged for his experience and contributions to the property world, both in the UK and internationally. Successes include merging CH Williams & Co with Richard Ellis in Hong Kong in the 1970s and, as Chairman of Asia Pacific, expanding the business in size and global reach; owning and transforming Hamptons International into one of the United Kingdom’s leading estate agencies; launch of international property specialists, Cluttons Resort and purchase of the UK Sotheby’s International Realty franchise, in 2014. More recently, Chris purchased the Coldwell Banker Commercial UK franchise and co-founded Square Bay Property Ltd. 

ALEX UPSON

Alex is a seasoned executive with extensive hands-on experience in investment and development advisory for residential and commercial property acquisition and disposal. Prior to Albermarle, Alex held director roles at Cluttons LLP, including Partner for International Sales, working extensively in the Middle East and Director for Developments at Cluttons Resorts, with Chris Palmer. This led to specialist consultancy work with advisory firm Coldwell Banker Commercial UK and Sotheby’s International Realty in London.
